| Electrical distributor for JPT connectors, Tyco Junior Power Timer |
These electrical #harnesses can be made with a plug-and-play solution, simple and heavy duty.
Small quantities or big series are not a problem. Outputs quantity and cable lengths are designed upon request.
Connectors can be EN 175301-803 (ex DIN 43650), Junior Power Timer (JPT), Superseal, Tyco, Deutsch (DT, DTP, DTM series: DT06, DTP06, DTM06, etc.), Hella or hybrid mixed combinations.
Distribution Box material is polyurethane. Standard cables are of PVC or PUR, but Silicon, FEP and other high performance materials are available upon request.
Most frequent applications are with ships, trucks, earth-moving machines, tree-cutting machines, cranes, lifting platforms, agricultural machinery, etc. and hydraulic power packs in general.

#Relays are no longer necessary
Do you have an on/off electrovalves application ?
Even if your #electrovalve supplies current over 0.5A,
relays or PLC power boards are no longer necessary.
This female socket connector contains a static relay and
is the right solution to drive high #current #solenoids.
(example: control of power electrovalves, mini-motors, contactors, etc.)
Allows to control power loads up to over 3A, with a small PLC signal.
The socket can connect the electrovalve to distribution box or directly to central cabinet.

Cover for an #electronic #box
A Distribox with rear #connection can also become the #cover of a box for electronic circuits.
The number and the type of connectors can be changed according to the project needs.
In this way the customer can put inside his own circuit, even of big dimensions.
Here below the most common sizes are listed
(L x W x H mm):
120 x 80 x 55
120 x 80 x 85
160 x 80 x 55

Simple box for #electronic #circuits
![]() |
| This box can also be an enclosure for electronic printed circuit board. |
Tooling modularity allows to eliminate all connectors from the box upper side, or to leave one or more connection males, with necessary poles quantity.
There are several advantages:
- wide range of dimensions, surface and thickness
- Led available
- minimum use of space
- low assemblage cost
- protection degree: IP67

Alternative #solutions to #Bus: special circuits
Disadvantages of the distribution boxes with Bus:
- complex circuits which require qualified technicians
- higher price
- equipments for control tests are expensive
- generally slower reaction times
- devices like sensors or actuators have different versions for each bus standard on the market: selection and availability are more difficult
- one or more Bus systems can prevail in the future and others may become obsolete: the risk to invest in the choice of a Bus system increases
![]() |
| Customized distribution box can be alternative or integrative to BUS applications. |
Advantages of the distribution boxes with special circuits:
- Modular system: several boxes shapes already available
- It is possible to combine from 2 to 15 female sockets or male plugs on the same box
- It is possible to integrate any electronic circuit: series or parallel connections, AND / OR, special connections with or without components of any type
- If necessary you can also add DIP switches, buttons and electronic displays
- It is possible to include a Push-pull control connector guaranteed for 5000 connections cycles (ODU, LEMO, FISCHER), useful for applications on devices which need to be changed frequently.
